Can I bring my pets to the Market?
For the safety of our patrons, dogs and other animals are not permitted within Lot 10X at the Market. If we see any animals at the Market, we will require the owner to take them out of the Market. Service Animals are permitted and, subject to Market Director approval, animal rescue community groups are permitted to bring animals to their assigned community group space located in row #5 of the Market.
Will the Market be cancelled if the weather is bad?
The Market is open 7AM to Noon every Saturday from the first weekend of May through the last weekend of October, RAIN OR SHINE!!!
What selection of products can I find at the Market?
Urbana’s Market at the Square regularly has over 100 vendors in attendance. Patrons can choose from a wide variety of made-in-Illinois goods at the Market, including fresh produce, meat and dairy products, prepared foods, plants, and flowers to jewelry, pottery, wood workings, candles, bodycare products, garden décor, clothing, and more!
Where are the products at the Market grown and made?
Urbana’s Market at the Square is a producer-only Market. That means that you can count on everything you’re purchasing has been grown, made, produced locally and in Illinois. What forms of payment do vendors at the Market accept?
All vendors accept cash, accept personal checks, many take credit cards, and some take electronic payments from Venmo or ApplePay.

There is ample parking around Lincoln Square Mall (for free). There currently are NO public restroom facilities available.
Does the Market offer other things for my family to do besides shopping?
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Urbana’s Market at the Square has cancelled all activities at the market for the 2020 Season. We hope to resume our regular activities for the 2021 Market Season.
